May 21th, Paul Helminger, chairmanof Cargolux, and Léon Faber, deputy secretary of Luxembourg ForeignAffairsMinistry, visited Henan, who were met by An Huiyan, Henan province Assistant governor, director of the office of Civil Aviation of Henan province, chairman of Zhengzhou Airport Group, Zhang Mingchao, chairman of HNCA, and Liu Jianbao, chairman of HNCA and general manager.
